Ferrets are playful, mischievous, entertaining little animals who can bring endless enjoyment to a family. They are very sociable animals and can make wonderful pets! They require At Least! 2 hours of play time outside of their cage every day. Failing to provide play time for your ferrets will result in "cage rage" which can be very frustrating for owners and dangerous for ferrets.

Ferrets are expensive pets! They require high quality food that usually costs a lot. They are also prone to health issues and require annual wellness examinations and vaccines with ferret acknowledged vet.

Ferrets are highly social pets and require lots of socialization with their owners and other ferrets, so may owners make a decision to get more then one ferret.

They also tend to get into everything and you will need to ferret prove the area for your house where they can roam safely.
